就是行为纯全,作事公义,从心里说实话的人。

他不以舌头谗谤人,不恶待朋友,也不随伙辱骂邻里。

He does not slander with his tongue; / He does not do evil to his friend, / Nor does he take up a reproach against his neighbor.

他眼中藐视可弃绝的人,却尊重敬畏耶和华的人。他发了誓,虽然自己吃亏,也不更改。

他眼中藐视匪类,却尊重那敬畏耶和华的人。他发了誓,虽然自己吃亏,也不更改。

他眼中藐视卑鄙的人,却尊重敬畏耶和华的人。他起了誓,纵然自己吃亏,也不更改。
思 
对作恶犯罪的人睥睨,对敬畏天主的人重视;宣誓虽损己,亦不作废,

他眼中看为匪类当被藐视,但敬畏永恒主的人、他却尊重;他起了誓,虽自己吃亏、也不更改;

他眼中藐视匪类,却尊重那敬畏雅威的人。他发了誓,虽然自己吃亏也不更改。

נִבְזֶ֤ה׀ בְּֽעֵ֘ינָ֤יו נִמְאָ֗ס וְאֶת־יִרְאֵ֣י יְהוָ֣ה יְכַבֵּ֑ד נִשְׁבַּ֥ע לְ֝הָרַ֗ע וְלֹ֣א יָמִֽר׃
R  
In his eyes a reprobate is despised, / But he honors those who fear Jehovah. / Should he swear to his harm, / He does not change.

In whose eyes a vile person is contemned; but he honoureth them that fear the LORD. He that sweareth to his own hurt, and changeth not.

In whose eyes the depraved person is contemned, and who honoureth them that fear Jehovah; who, if he have sworn to his own hurt, changeth it not;

Despised in his eyes is a rejected one, And those fearing Jehovah he doth honour. He hath sworn to suffer evil, and changeth not;

他不放债取利,也不受贿赂以害无辜。行这些事的人,必永不动摇。

他不拿自己的银子放债取利,也不收受贿赂陷害无辜;行这些事的人,必永不动摇。

从不放债,贪取重利,从不受贿,伤害无罪:这样行事,永定不移。

R  
He does not lend his money on interest, / Nor accept a bribe against the innocent. / He who does these things will not be shaken forever.
