מֵפֵר֙ אֹתֹ֣ות בַּדִּ֔ים וְקֹסְמִ֖ים יְהֹולֵ֑ל מֵשִׁ֧יב חֲכָמִ֛ים אָחֹ֖ור וְדַעְתָּ֥ם יְשַׂכֵּֽל׃

Who frustrates the signs of liars, / And makes fools of the diviners; / Who turns back the wise men, / And makes their knowledge foolish;
