那时，天主的神感动了敖德得的儿子阿匝黎雅，

上帝的灵感动了俄德的儿子亚撒利雅，

俄德的儿子亚撒利雅，神的灵临到他。

וַעֲזַרְיָ֨הוּ֙ בֶּן־עֹודֵ֔ד הָיְתָ֥ה עָלָ֖יו ר֥וּחַ אֱלֹהִֽים׃

他出来迎接亚撒，对他说，亚撒和犹大、便雅悯众人哪，要听我说，你们若顺从耶和华，耶和华必与你们同在；你们若寻求祂，祂必被你们寻见；你们若离弃祂，祂必离弃你们。

他出来迎接亚撒，对他说：“亚撒和犹大便雅悯众人哪，要听我说：你们若顺从耶和华，耶和华必与你们同在；你们若寻求他，就必寻见；你们若离弃他，他必离弃你们。

亚撒利雅就出来迎接亚撒，对他说：“亚撒和犹大、便雅悯所有的人哪！请听我说。你们跟随耶和华，耶和华就和你们同在；你们寻求他，就必给你们寻见；你们离弃他，他必离弃你们。

他便出来迎接阿撒，对他说：“阿撒，全犹大和本雅明人，请听我的话：几时你们与上主同在，上主也与你们同在；如果你们寻求他，他必让你们寻到；但如果你们离弃他，他必离弃你们。

亚撒利雅就出来和亚撒见面，对他说：“亚撒和犹大便雅悯众人哪，请听我的话！尽你们和永恒主同在时，永恒主就和你们同在。你们若寻求他，他就给你们寻见；你们若离弃他，他就离弃你们。

他出来，到亚撒面前，对他说：“亚撒和犹大、便雅悯众人哪，听我(说)，你们顺从雅威，雅威必与你们同在。你们若寻求祂，祂就被你们寻见；若离弃祂，祂必离弃你们。

וַיֵּצֵא֮ לִפְנֵ֣י אָסָא֒ וַיֹּ֣אמֶר לֹ֔ו שְׁמָע֕וּנִי אָסָ֖א וְכָל־יְהוּדָ֣ה וּבִנְיָמִ֑ן יְהוָ֤ה עִמָּכֶם֙ בִּֽהְיֹֽותְכֶ֣ם עִמֹּ֔ווְאִֽם־תִּדְרְשֻׁ֨הוּ֙ יִמָּצֵ֣א לָכֶ֔ם וְאִם־תַּעַזְבֻ֖הוּ יַעֲזֹ֥ב אֶתְכֶֽם׃ ס

And he went out to meet Asa and said to him, Hear me, Asa and all Judah and Benjamin: Jehovah is with you while you are with Him; and if you pursue Him, He will be found by you; but if you forsake Him, He will forsake you.

He went out to meet Asa and said to him, "Listen to me, Asa and all Judah and Benjamin. The Lord is with you when you are with him. If you seek him, he will be found by you, but if you forsake him, he will forsake you.

以色列没有真神，没有训诲的祭司，也没有律法，已经许久了；

以色列人不信真神，没有训诲的祭司，也没有律法，已经好久了。

以色列人没有真神，没有教导他们的祭司，没有律法，已经很久了。

将有一段长时期，以色列没有真天主，没有教导的司祭，也没有法律；

Now for a long time Israel has been without the true God and without a teaching priest and without law.

But in their distress they turned to Jehovah the God of Israel and sought Him, and He was found by them.

וּבָעִתִּ֣ים הָהֵ֔ם אֵ֥ין שָׁלֹ֖ום לַיֹּוצֵ֣א וְלַבָּ֑א כִּ֚י מְהוּמֹ֣ת רַבֹּ֔ות עַ֥ל כָּל־יֹושְׁבֵ֖י הָאֲרָצֹֽות׃

For in those times there was no peace to him who went out or to him who came in, for great afflictions were upon all the inhabitants of the lands.

In those days it was not safe to travel about, for all the inhabitants of the lands were in great turmoil.

国攻击国，城攻击城，互相损毁，因为神用各样灾难扰乱他们。

这国攻击那国，这城攻击那城，互相破坏，因为神用各样灾难扰乱他们。

For they were crushed, nation against nation and city against city, for God afflicted them with every distress.

And nation was destroyed of nation, and city of city: for God did vex them with all adversity.

但你们要刚强，不要手软，因你们所行的必得赏赐。

וְאַתֶּ֣ם חִזְק֔וּ וְאַל־יִרְפּ֖וּ יְדֵיכֶ֑ם כִּ֛י יֵ֥שׁ שָׂכָ֖ר לִפְעֻלַּתְכֶֽם׃ ס

But you be strong and do not let your hands fail, for there is reward for your labor.

Be ye strong therefore, and let not your hands be weak: for your work shall be rewarded.

But as for you, be firm and let not your hands be weak; for there is a reward for your deeds.

亚撒听见这些话，就是俄德儿子申言者亚撒利雅的申言，就壮起胆来，从犹大、便雅悯全地，并以法莲山地所夺的各城，将可憎之物除掉，又把耶和华殿廊前耶和华的坛重新修筑了。

亚撒听见这话，和俄德儿子先知亚撒利雅的预言，就壮起胆来，在犹大便雅悯全地，并以法莲山地所夺的各城，将可憎之物尽都除掉；又在耶和华殿的廊前，重新修筑耶和华的坛；

亚撒听了这些话，和俄德的儿子亚撒利雅先知所说的预言以后，就勇敢起来，在犹大、便雅悯全地，以及以法莲山地夺取的各城，把可憎的偶像除去，又在耶和华殿的走廊前面，重新修造耶和华的祭坛。

阿撒一听见这些话和预言，便壮了胆，将在犹大和本雅明全境，以及在厄弗辣因山地所占领的各城内的可憎之物，一概除掉，重修上主东廊前的上主的祭坛，

亚撒听了这些话，听了俄德儿子神言人亚撒利雅所传的神言就壮起胆来，便从犹大便雅悯全地，和以法莲山地所夺取的城市、将可憎之像除去；又重新修筑了永恒主的祭坛、那在永恒主殿堂廊子前面的。

亚撒听见这些话…的时候，和先知俄德的预言．就坚强，…把可憎之物除掉；从犹大和便雅悯全地．并以法莲山地所夺的各城，又重新修筑…雅威的祭坛。在雅威廊前的

וְכִשְׁמֹ֨עַ אָסָ֜א הַדְּבָרִ֣ים הָאֵ֗לֶּה וְהַנְּבוּאָה֮ עֹדֵ֣ד הַנָּבִיא֒ הִתְחַזַּ֗ק וַיַּעֲבֵ֤ר הַשִּׁקּוּצִים֙ מִכָּל־אֶ֤רֶץיְהוּדָה֙ וּבִנְיָמִ֔ן וּמִן־הֶ֣עָרִ֔ים אֲשֶׁ֥ר לָכַ֖ד מֵהַ֣ר אֶפְרָ֑יִם וַיְחַדֵּשׁ֙ אֶת־מִזְבַּ֣ח יְהוָ֔ה אֲשֶׁ֕ר לִפְנֵ֖י אוּלָ֥םיְהוָֽה׃

And when Asa heard these words, that is, the prophecy of Oded the prophet, he strengthened himself and put away the detestable things from all the land of Judah and Benjamin and from the cities that he had taken in the hill country of Ephraim. And he restored the altar of Jehovah, which was before the portico of Jehovah.

And when Asa heard these words, and the prophecy of Oded the prophet, he took courage, and put away the abominable idols out of all the land of Judah and Benjamin, and out of the cities which he had taken from mount Ephraim, and renewed the altar of the LORD, that was before the porch of the LORD.

And when Asa heard these words and the prophecy of Oded the prophet, he took courage, and put away the abominations out of all the land of Judah and Benjamin, and out of the cities that he had taken from mount Ephraim, and renewed the altar of Jehovah, that was before the porch of Jehovah.

And at Asa's hearing these words, and the prophecy of Oded the prophet, he hath strengthened himself, and doth cause the abominations to pass away out of all the land of Judah and Benjamin, and out of the cities that he hath captured from the hill-country of Ephraim, and reneweth the altar of Jehovah that is before the porch of Jehovah,

When Asa heard these words and the prophecy of Azariah son of Oded the prophet, he took courage. He removed the detestable idols from the whole land of Judah and Benjamin and from the towns he had captured in the hills of Ephraim. He repaired the altar of the Lord that was in front of the portico of the Lord 's temple.

他又招聚犹大、便雅悯的众人，并他们中间寄居的以法莲人、玛拿西人、西缅人；有许多以色列人归降亚撒，因见耶和华他的神与他同在。

又招聚犹大和便雅悯众人，并寄居在他们那里的以法莲人、和玛拿西人、和西缅人，有许多以色列人，…归降他(指亚撒)，在看见雅威──他的神与他同在时

וַיִּקְבֹּ֗ץ אֶת־כָּל־יְהוּדָה֙ וּבִנְיָמִ֔ן וְהַגָּרִים֙ עִמָּהֶ֔ם מֵאֶפְרַ֥יִם וּמְנַשֶּׁ֖ה וּמִשִּׁמְעֹ֑ון כִּֽי־נָפְל֨וּ עָלָ֤יומִיִּשְׂרָאֵל֙ לָרֹ֔ב בִּרְאֹתָ֕ם כִּֽי־יְהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהָ֖יו עִמֹּֽו׃ פ

And he gathered all Judah and Benjamin and the sojourners with them from Ephraim and Manasseh and Simeon, for many from Israel threw in their lot with him when they saw that Jehovah his God was with him.

And covenanted that anyone who did not pursue Jehovah the God of Israel would be put to death, whether small or great, whether man or woman.

And all Judah rejoiced over the oath, for with all their heart they swore and with all their desire they sought Him. And He was found by them, and Jehovah gave them rest all around.

All Judah rejoiced about the oath because they had sworn it wholeheartedly. They sought God eagerly, and he was found by them. So the Lord gave them rest on every side.

亚撒王又废了他祖母玛迦太后的位，因她为亚舍拉造了可憎的像。亚撒砍下她所造可憎的像，捣得粉碎，烧在汲沦溪边。

亚撒王贬了他祖母玛迦太后的位，因她造了可憎的偶像亚舍拉。亚撒砍下她的偶像，捣得粉碎，烧在汲沦溪边。

亚撒王也废掉他的祖母玛迦太后的位，因为她曾给亚舍拉做了可憎的像；亚撒把她那可憎的像砍了下来，捣得粉碎，烧在汲沦溪旁。

阿撒王废除了他祖母玛阿加作太后的权位，因为她给阿舍辣立了可耻的柱像；阿撒将柱像砍倒，打得粉粹，在克德龙谷焚毁，

连他祖母玛迦、亚撒王也给废掉、不让她做太后，因为她为亚舍拉女神（即：外国人的女神）造了可憎的像；亚撒把那可憎的像砍了下来，捣得粉碎，烧在汲沦溪谷边；

连亚撒王的祖母玛迦，他也把她从太后(的位)移除，因她造了可憎的偶像亚舍拉。亚撒砍下她的偶像，劈碎，烧在汲沦溪谷。

וְגַֽם־מַעֲכָ֞ה אֵ֣ם׀ אָסָ֣א הַמֶּ֗לֶךְ הֱסִירָהּ֙ מִגְּבִירָ֔ה אֲשֶׁר־עָשְׂתָ֥ה לַאֲשֵׁרָ֖ה מִפְלָ֑צֶת וַיִּכְרֹ֤תאָסָא֙ אֶת־מִפְלַצְתָּ֔הּ וַיָּ֕דֶק וַיִּשְׂרֹ֖ף בְּנַ֥חַל קִדְרֹֽון׃

And he also removed Maacah, the mother of Asa the king, from being queen mother because she had made for Asherah an abominable image; and Asa cut down her abominable image and crushed it to powder and burned it at the brook Kidron.

And also concerning Maachah the mother of Asa the king, he removed her from being queen, because she had made an idol in a grove: and Asa cut down her idol, and stamped it, and burnt it at the brook Kidron.

And also Maachah, the mother of Asa the king, he removed from being queen, because she had made an idol for the Asherah; and Asa cut down her idol, and stamped it, and burned it in the valley Kidron.

And also Maachah, mother of Asa the king -- he hath removed her from being mistress, in that she hath made for a shrine a horrible thing, and Asa cutteth down her horrible thing, and beateth it small, and burneth it by the brook Kidron:

King Asa also deposed his grandmother Maacah from her position as queen mother, because she had made a repulsive Asherah pole. Asa cut the pole down, broke it up and burned it in the Kidron Valley.

但是邱坛还没有从以色列中废去；不过亚撒的心一生都纯全的向着耶和华。

只是邱坛还没有从以色列中废去，然而亚撒的心一生诚实。

只是邱坛还没有从以色列中除掉，但亚撒的心一生都完全忠于耶和华。

只有以色列的高丘没有废除；阿撒的心一生总是纯全的。

只是邱坛还没有从以色列中废掉。然而尽他一生的日子、亚撒底心总是纯全。

只是丘坛还没有从以色列中移除，然而亚撒的心终其一生完全。

וְהַ֨בָּמֹ֔ות לֹא־סָ֖רוּ מִיִּשְׂרָאֵ֑ל רַ֧ק לְבַב־אָסָ֛א הָיָ֥ה שָׁלֵ֖ם כָּל־יָמָֽיו׃

But the high places were not taken away from Israel; otherwise Asa's heart was perfect all his days.

But the high places were not taken away out of Israel: nevertheless the heart of Asa was perfect all his days.

But the high places were not removed from Israel; only, Asa's heart was perfect all his days.

yet the high places have not turned aside from Israel; only, the heart of Asa hath been perfect all his days.

Although he did not remove the high places from Israel, Asa's heart was fully committed to the Lord all his life.

亚撒将他父亲所分别为圣，与自己所分别为圣的金银和器皿，都奉到神的殿里。

亚撒将他父所分别为圣、与自己所分别为圣的金银和器皿都奉到神的殿里。

亚撒把他父亲所分别为圣，和他自己所分别为圣的金银和器皿，都送进神的殿里。

他又将他父亲和他自己所献的金银并器具，送入天主的殿内。

他把他父亲的圣物与他自己的圣物，…都奉到神的殿里。银和金和器皿，

וַיָּבֵ֞א אֶת־קָדְשֵׁ֥י אָבִ֛יו וְקָֽדָשָׁ֖יו בֵּ֣ית הָאֱלֹהִ֑ים כֶּ֥סֶף וְזָהָ֖ב וְכֵלִֽים׃

And he brought into the house of God the things that his father had sanctified and the things he sanctified, silver and gold and vessels.

And he brought into the house of God the things that his father had dedicated, and that he himself had dedicated, silver, and gold, and vessels.

And he brought into the house of God the things which his father had dedicated, and the things which he himself had dedicated, silver, and gold, and vessels.

And he bringeth in the sanctified things of his father, and his own sanctified things, to the house of God, silver, and gold, and vessels.

He brought into the temple of God the silver and gold and the articles that he and his father had dedicated.

从这时直到亚撒作王第三十五年，都没有争战的事。

从那时，直到亚撒在位第三十五年，都没有战争。

此后，直到阿撒当国三十五年，从没有过战事。

从此以后，直到亚撒执掌国政第三十五年，都没有战事。

…都没有发生战争。直到亚撒国度的三十五年，

וּמִלְחָמָ֖ה לֹ֣א הָיָ֑תָה עַ֛ד שְׁנַת־שְׁלֹשִׁ֥ים וְחָמֵ֖שׁ לְמַלְכ֥וּת אָסָֽא׃ ס

And there was no war until the thirty-fifth year of Asa's reign.

And there was no more war unto the five and thirtieth year of the reign of Asa.

And there was no war until the thirty-fifth year of the reign of Asa.

And war hath not been till the thirty and fifth year of the reign of Asa.

There was no more war until the thirty-fifth year of Asa's reign.
