וַיֵּרָ֤א אֵלָיו֙ יְהוָ֔ה בְּאֵלֹנֵ֖י מַמְרֵ֑א וְה֛וּא יֹשֵׁ֥ב פֶּֽתַח־הָאֹ֖הֶל כְּחֹ֥ם הַיֹּֽום׃

R

And Jehovah appeared to him by the oaks of Mamre as he was sitting at the entrance of his tent in the heat of the day.

K

And the LORD appeared unto him in the plains of Mamre: and he sat in the tent door in the heat of the day;

D

And Jehovah appeared to him by the oaks of Mamre. And he sat at the tent-door in the heat of the day.

Y

And Jehovah appeareth unto him among the oaks of Mamre, and he is sitting at the opening of the tent, about the heat of the day;

I

The Lord appeared to Abraham near the great trees of Mamre while he was sitting at the entrance to his tent in the heat of the day.

וַיִּשָּׂ֤א עֵינָיו֙ וַיַּ֔רְא וְהִנֵּה֙ שְׁלֹשָׁ֣ה אֲנָשִׁ֔ים נִצָּבִ֖ים עָלָ֑יו וַיַּ֗רְא וַיָּ֤רָץ לִקְרָאתָם֙ מִפֶּ֣תַח הָאֹ֔הֶלוַיִּשְׁתַּ֖חוּ אָֽרְצָה׃

R

And he lifted up his eyes and looked, and there were three men standing opposite him. And when he saw them, he ran from the entrance of the tent to meet them. And he bowed down to the earth

And he lift up his eyes and looked, and, lo, three men stood by him: and when he saw them, he ran to meet them from the tent door, and bowed himself toward the ground,

D

And he lifted up his eyes and saw, and behold, three men standing near him. And when he saw [them], he ran to meet them from the tent-door, and bowed himself to the earth,

Y

and he lifteth up his eyes and looketh, and lo, three men standing by him, and he seeth, and runneth to meet them from the opening of the tent, and boweth himself towards the earth,

I

Abraham looked up and saw three men standing nearby. When he saw them, he hurried from the entrance of his tent to meet them and bowed low to the ground.

说，我主，我若在你眼前蒙恩，求你不要离开仆人往前去。

和

说：“我主，我若在你眼前蒙恩，求你不要离开仆人往前去。

说：“我主啊，我若在你眼前蒙恩，求你不要离开你的仆人。

说：“我主如果我蒙你垂爱，请你不要由你仆人这里走过去，

说：“我主，我若蒙你赏脸，求你不要离开仆人而过去。

说：“我主，我若在你眼前蒙恩，请你不要离开你的仆人往前去。

וַיֹּאמַ֑ר אֲדֹנָ֗י אִם־נָ֨א מָצָ֤אתִי חֵן֙ בְּעֵינֶ֔יךָ אַל־נָ֥א תַעֲבֹ֖ר מֵעַ֥ל עַבְדֶּֽךָ׃

R

And said, My Lord, if I have found favor in Your sight, please do not pass on from Your servant.

K

And said, My Lord, if now I have found favour in thy sight, pass not away, I pray thee, from thy servant:

D

and said, Lord, if now I have found favour in thine eyes, pass not away, I pray thee, from thy servant.

Y

And he saith, 'My Lord, if, I pray thee, I have found grace in thine eyes, do not, I pray thee, pass on from thy servant;

I

He said, "If I have found favor in your eyes, my lord, do not pass your servant by.

让我拿点水来，你们洗洗脚，在树下歇息歇息。

和

容我拿点水来，你们洗洗脚，在树下歇息歇息。

יֻקַּֽח־נָ֣א מְעַט־מַ֔יִם וְרַחֲצ֖וּ רַגְלֵיכֶ֑ם וְהִֽשָּׁעֲנ֖וּ תַּ֥חַת הָעֵֽץ׃

R

Please let a little water be fetched, and do wash your feet, and rest yourselves under the tree.

K

Let a little water, I pray you, be fetched, and wash your feet, and rest yourselves under the tree:

D

Let now a little water be fetched, that ye may wash your feet, and rest yourselves under the tree.

Y

let, I pray thee, a little water be accepted, and wash your feet, and recline under the tree;

I

Let a little water be brought, and then you may all wash your feet and rest under this tree.

我再拿一点饼来，你们可以加添心力，然后往前去。你们既到仆人这里来，理当如此。他们说，就照你说的行吧。

和

我再拿一点饼来，你们可以加添心力，然后往前去。你们既到仆人这里来，理当如此。”他们说：“就照你说的行吧！”

让我拿点饼来给你们吃，使你们可以恢复精力，然后再走，因为你们既然到了仆人这里来，就应该这样。”他们说：“就照着你所说的去作。”

你们既然路过你仆人这里，等我拿点饼来，吃点点心，然后再走。”他们答说：“就照你所说的做吧！”

我再拿点饼来，你们吃吃点心，然后往前走；因为你们既从仆人这里经过，我理当招待。”他们说：“就照你所说的作吧。”

我再拿一点饼来，你们可以加添心力，然后往前去，你们既来到你们的仆人这里，理当如此。”他们说：“就照你所说的去做吧。”

וְאֶקְחָ֨ה פַת־לֶ֜חֶם וְסַעֲד֤וּ לִבְּכֶם֙ אַחַ֣ר תַּעֲבֹ֔רוּ כִּֽי־עַל־כֵּ֥ן עֲבַרְתֶּ֖ם עַֽל־עַבְדְּכֶ֑ם וַיֹּ֣אמְר֔וּ כֵּ֥ןתַּעֲשֶׂ֖ה כַּאֲשֶׁ֥ר דִּבַּֽרְתָּ׃

R

And let me fetch a morsel of bread that you may sustain yourselves. After that you may pass on, since you have come to your servant. So they said, Do as you have said.

K

And I will fetch a morsel of bread, and comfort ye your hearts; after that ye shall pass on: for therefore are ye come to your servant. And they said, So do, as thou hast said.

D

And I will fetch a morsel of bread; and refresh yourselves; after that ye shall pass on; for therefore have ye passed on towards your servant. And they said, So do as thou hast said.

Y

and I bring a piece of bread, and support ye your heart; afterwards pass on, for therefore have ye passed over unto your servant;' and they say, 'So mayest thou do as thou has spoken.'

I

Let me get you something to eat, so you can be refreshed and then go on your way-now that you have come to your servant." "Very well," they answered, "do as you say."

亚伯拉罕急忙进帐棚见撒拉，说，你快快拿三细亚细面调和作饼。

和

亚伯拉罕急忙进帐棚见撒拉，说：“你速速拿三细亚细面调和作饼。”

亚伯拉罕赶快进帐棚，到撒拉那里，说：“你快拿三斗细面调和，作些饼。”

亚巴郎赶快进入帐幕，到撒辣前说：“你快拿三斗细面，和一和，作些饼。”

吕

亚伯拉罕赶快进帐棚去见撒拉说：“快拿三斗（或译：三细亚）细面和和、作烙饼。”

直

亚伯拉罕急忙进帐棚到撒拉那里，说：“快(拿)三细亚上好的面粉，揉面做饼。”

原

וַיְמַהֵ֧ר אַבְרָהָ֛ם הָאֹ֖הֱלָה אֶל־שָׂרָ֑ה וַיֹּ֗אמֶר מַהֲרִ֞י שְׁלֹ֤שׁ סְאִים֙ קֶ֣מַח סֹ֔לֶת ל֖וּשִׁי וַעֲשִׂ֥יעֻגֹֽות׃

R

And Abraham hurried into the tent to Sarah and said, Quickly prepare three measures of fine flour, knead it, and make cakes.

K

And Abraham hastened into the tent unto Sarah, and said, Make ready quickly three measures of fine meal, knead it, and make cakes upon the hearth.

D

And Abraham hastened into the tent to Sarah, and said, Knead quickly three seahs of wheaten flour, and make cakes.

Y

And Abraham hasteth towards the tent, unto Sarah, and saith, 'Hasten three measures of flour-meal, knead, and make cakes;'

I

So Abraham hurried into the tent to Sarah. "Quick," he said, "get three seahs of fine flour and knead it and bake some bread."

亚伯拉罕又跑到牛群里，牵了一只又嫩又好的牛犊来，交给仆人，仆人急忙预备好了。

和

亚伯拉罕又跑到牛群里，牵了一只又嫩又好的牛犊来，交给仆人，仆人急忙预备好了。

亚伯拉罕又跑到牛群里，牵了一头又嫩又好的牛犊，交给仆人；仆人就赶快去预备。

遂又跑到牛群中，选了一头又嫩又肥的牛犊，交给仆人，要他赶快煮好。

亚伯拉罕又跑到牛群里，牵了一只又嫩又好的牛犊来，交给仆人，他(指仆人)很快地把它料理好。

וְאֶל־הַבָּקָ֖ר רָ֣ץ אַבְרָהָ֑ם וַיִּקַּ֨ח בֶּן־בָּקָ֜ר רַ֤ךְ וָטֹוב֙ וַיִּתֵּ֣ן אֶל־הַנַּ֔עַר וַיְמַהֵ֖ר לַעֲשֹׂ֥ות אֹתֹֽו׃

R

And Abraham ran to the herd and took a calf, tender and good, and gave it to the servant, and he hurried to prepare it.

K

And Abraham ran unto the herd, and fetcht a calf tender and good, and gave it unto a young man; and he hasted to dress it.

D

And Abraham ran to the herd, and took a calf tender and good, and gave [it] to the attendant; and he hasted to dress it.

Y

and Abraham ran unto the herd, and taketh a son of the herd, tender and good, and giveth unto the young man, and he hasteth to prepare it;

I

Then he ran to the herd and selected a choice, tender calf and gave it to a servant, who hurried to prepare it.

亚伯拉罕又取了奶酪和奶，并预备好的牛犊来，摆在他们面前，自己在树下站在旁边，他们就吃了。

和

亚伯拉罕又取了奶油和奶，并预备好的牛犊来，摆在他们面前，自己在树下站在旁边，他们就吃了。

他(指亚伯拉罕)就取了奶油、奶，和料理好的牛犊来，摆在他们面前；自己在树下站在他们旁边，他们就吃了。

וַיִּקַּ֨ח חֶמְאָ֜ה וְחָלָ֗ב וּבֶן־הַבָּקָר֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר עָשָׂ֔ה וַיִּתֵּ֖ן לִפְנֵיהֶ֑ם וְהֽוּא־עֹמֵ֧ד עֲלֵיהֶ֛ם תַּ֥חַת הָעֵ֖ץוַיֹּאכֵֽלוּ׃

R

And he took curds and milk and the calf which he had prepared, and set them before them; and he stood by them under the tree while they ate.

K

And he took butter, and milk, and the calf which he had dressed, and set it before them; and he stood by them under the tree, and they did eat.

D

And he took thick and sweet milk, and the calf that he had dressed, and set [it] before them; and he stood before them under the tree, and they ate.

Y

and he taketh butter and milk, and the son of the herd which he hath prepared, and setteth before them; and he is standing by them under the tree, and they do eat.

I

He then brought some curds and milk and the calf that had been prepared, and set these before them. While they ate, he stood near them under a tree.

他们问亚伯拉罕说，你妻子撒拉在哪里？他说，在帐棚里。

和

他们问亚伯拉罕说：“你妻子撒拉在哪里？”他说：“在帐棚里。”

他们问亚伯拉罕：“你的妻子撒拉在哪里？”他回答：“在帐棚里。”

他们对他说：“你的妻子撒辣在哪里？”他答说：“在帐幕里。”

吕

他们问亚伯拉罕说：“你妻子撒拉在哪里？”他说：“在帐棚里。”

直

他们问他说：“你妻子撒拉在哪里？”他说：“看哪，在帐棚里。”

原

וַיֹּאמְר֣וּ אֵׄלָ֔ׄיׄוׄ אַיֵּ֖ה שָׂרָ֣ה אִשְׁתֶּ֑ךָ וַיֹּ֖אמֶר הִנֵּ֥ה בָאֹֽהֶל׃

R

And they said to him, Where is Sarah your wife? And he said, There, in the tent.

K

And they said unto him, Where is Sarah thy wife? And he said, Behold, in the tent.

D

And they said to him, Where is Sarah thy wife? And he said, Behold, in the tent.

Y

And they say unto him, 'Where is Sarah thy wife?' and he saith, 'Lo -- in the tent;'

I

Where is your wife Sarah? they asked him. "There, in the tent," he said.

恢

其中一位说，到明年这时候，我必回到你这里；你的妻子撒拉必生一个儿子。撒拉在那位后边的帐棚口也听见了这话。

和

三人中有一位说：“到明年这时候，我必要回到你这里，你的妻子撒拉必生一个儿子。”撒拉在那人后边的帐棚门口也听见了这话。

新

其中一位说：“到明年这个时候，我必回到你这里来。那时，你的妻子撒拉必生一个儿子。”撒拉在那人后面的帐棚门口，也听见了这话。

思

其中一位说：“明年此时我必回到你这里，那时，你的妻子撒辣要有一个儿子。”撒辣其时正在那人背后的帐幕门口窃听。

吕

那位说：“在妇人怀孕满期的时候（或译：到明年这时候），我一定要回到你这里来。看吧，你妻子撒拉必生个儿子。”撒拉在后边帐棚听着呢。

直

祂说：“当生命足月的时候，我必定回到你这里；看哪，你的妻子撒拉要生一个儿子。”撒拉在祂后边的帐棚门口(也)听见了。

原

וַיֹּ֗אמֶר שֹׁ֣וב אָשׁ֤וּב אֵלֶ֨יךָ֙ כָּעֵ֣ת חַיָּ֔ה וְהִנֵּה־בֵ֖ן לְשָׂרָ֣ה אִשְׁתֶּ֑ךָ וְשָׂרָ֥ה שֹׁמַ֛עַת פֶּ֥תַח הָאֹ֖הֶלוְה֥וּא אַחֲרָֽיו׃

R

And He said, I will certainly return to you according to the time of life, and then Sarah your wife shall have a son. And Sarah was listening at the entrance of the tent, which was behind Him.

K

And he said, I will certainly return unto thee according to the time of life; and, lo, Sarah thy wife shall have a son. And Sarah heard it in the tent door, which was behind him.

D

And he said, I will certainly return to thee at [this] time of the year, and behold, Sarah thy wife shall have a son. And Sarah was listening at the tent-door, which was behind him.

Y

and he saith, 'returning I return unto thee, about the time of life, and lo, to Sarah thy wife a son.'

I

Then the Lord said, "I will surely return to you about this time next year, and Sarah your wife will have a son." Now Sarah was listening at the entrance to the tent, which was behind him.

亚伯拉罕和撒拉年纪老迈，撒拉的月经已经停了。

和

亚伯拉罕和撒拉年纪老迈，撒拉的月经已断绝了。

新

当时，亚伯拉罕和撒拉都老了，撒拉的月经也停止了。

思

亚巴郎和撒辣都已年老，年纪很大，而且撒辣的月经早已停止。

当时亚伯拉罕和撒拉已经老迈，上了年纪；撒拉的女人事儿也停止了。

וְאַבְרָהָ֤ם וְשָׂרָה֙ זְקֵנִ֔ים בָּאִ֖ים בַּיָּמִ֑ים חָדַל֙ לִהְיֹ֣ות לְשָׂרָ֔ה אֹ֖רַח כַּנָּשִֽׁים׃

R

Now Abraham and Sarah were old and advanced in age; it had ceased to be with Sarah according to the manner of women.

K

Now Abraham and Sarah were old and well stricken in age; and it ceased to be with Sarah after the manner of women.

D

Now Abraham and Sarah were old [and] advanced in age: it had ceased to be with Sarah after the manner of women.

Y

And Sarah is hearkening at the opening of the tent, which is behind him;

I

Abraham and Sarah were already old and well advanced in years, and Sarah was past the age of childbearing.

恢

撒拉心里暗笑，说，我既已衰败，我主也老迈，岂能有这乐趣呢？

和

撒拉心里暗笑，说：“我既已衰败，我主也老迈，岂能有这喜事呢？”

新

撒拉心里暗笑，说：“现在我已经衰老了，我的丈夫也老了，我还有房事的乐趣吗？”

思

撒辣遂心里窃笑说：“现在，我已衰老，同我年老的丈夫，还有这喜事吗？”

吕

撒拉肚子里暗笑着说：“我已经衰败，我的丈夫也老迈，那里还能有婚媾的乐趣呢？”

直

撒拉在她心里偷笑，说：“我已衰老，我主也已老迈，这种喜事岂能临到我呢？”

原

וַתִּצְחַ֥ק שָׂרָ֖ה בְּקִרְבָּ֣הּ לֵאמֹ֑ר אַחֲרֵ֤י בְלֹתִי֙ הָֽיְתָה־לִּ֣י עֶדְנָ֔ה וַֽאדֹנִ֖י זָקֵֽן׃

R

And Sarah laughed within herself, saying, After I have become old, shall I have pleasure, my lord being old also?

K

Therefore Sarah laughed within herself, saying, After I am waxed old shall I have pleasure, my lord being old also?

D

And Sarah laughed within herself, saying, After I am become old, shall I have pleasure, and my lord old?

Y

and Abraham and Sarah are aged, entering into days -- the way of women hath ceased to be to Sarah;

I

So Sarah laughed to herself as she thought, "After I am worn out and my master is old, will I now have this pleasure?"

恢

耶和华对亚伯拉罕说，撒拉为什么笑，说，我既年迈，果真能生孩子么？

和

耶和华对亚伯拉罕说：“撒拉为什么暗笑，说：‘我既已年老，果真能生养吗？’

新

耶和华对亚伯拉罕说：“撒拉为什么暗笑说：‘我已经老了，真的还能生育吗？’

思

上主对亚巴郎说：“撒辣为什么笑？且说：像我这样老，真的还能生育？

吕

永恒主对亚伯拉罕说：“撒拉为什么暗笑着说：‘我既已老迈，果真能生养吗？’

直

雅威对亚伯拉罕说：“撒拉为什么这样偷笑，说：‘我既已年老，果真会生育吗？’

原

וַיֹּ֥אמֶר יְהוָ֖ה אֶל־אַבְרָהָ֑ם לָ֣מָּה זֶּה֩ צָחֲקָ֨ה שָׂרָ֜ה לֵאמֹ֗ר הַאַ֥ף אֻמְנָ֛ם אֵלֵ֖ד וַאֲנִ֥י זָקַֽנְתִּי׃

R

And Jehovah said to Abraham, Why did Sarah laugh, saying, Shall I indeed bear a child when I am old?

K

And the LORD said unto Abraham, Wherefore did Sarah laugh, saying, Shall I of a surety bear a child, which am old?

D

And Jehovah said to Abraham, Why is this, that Sarah laughs, saying, Shall I indeed bear, when I am become old?

Y

and Sarah laugheth in her heart, saying, 'After I have waxed old I have had pleasure! -- my lord also is old!'

I

Then the Lord said to Abraham, "Why did Sarah laugh and say, 'Will I really have a child, now that I am old?'

恢

耶和华岂有难成的事么？到了约定的日期，明年这时候，我必回到你这里，撒拉必生一个儿子。

和

耶和华岂有难成的事吗？到了日期，明年这时候，我必回到你这里，撒拉必生一个儿子。”

新

耶和华岂有难成的事吗？到明年这个时候，我要回到你这里来，那时，撒拉必生一个儿子。”

思

为上主岂有难事？明年这时，我必要回到你这里，那时撒辣必有一个儿子。”

吕

在永恒主、还有奇难事么？到了所定的日期，在妇人怀孕满期的时候（或译：明年这时候），我必回到你这里来，撒拉必生个儿子。”

直

雅威岂有难成的事吗？到了所定的时期，我要回到你这里，生命到期的时候，撒拉必生一个儿子。”

原

הֲיִפָּלֵ֥א מֵיְהוָ֖ה דָּבָ֑ר לַמֹּועֵ֞ד אָשׁ֥וּב אֵלֶ֛יךָ כָּעֵ֥ת חַיָּ֖ה וּלְשָׂרָ֥ה בֵֽן׃

R

Is anything too marvelous for Jehovah? At the appointed time I will return to you, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son.

K

Is any thing too hard for the LORD? At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son.

D

Is [any] matter too wonderful for Jehovah? At the time appointed I will return to thee, at [this] time of the year, and Sarah shall have a son.

Y

And Jehovah saith unto Abraham, 'Why is this? Sarah hath laughed, saying, Is it true really -- I bear -- and I am aged? Is any thing too wonderful for Jehovah? at the appointed time I return unto thee, about the time of life, and Sarah hath a son.'

I

Is anything too hard for the Lord ? I will return to you at the appointed time next year and Sarah will have a son."

恢

撒拉就害怕，不承认，说，我没有笑；那位说，不然，你实在笑了。

和

撒拉就害怕，不承认，说：“我没有笑。”那位说：“不然，你实在笑了。”

新

撒拉害怕起来，就否认，说：“我没有笑。”但那位说：“不，你实在笑了。”

思

撒辣害怕了，否认说：“我没有笑。”但是那位说：“不，你实在笑了。”

吕

这时撒拉害怕了；就否认说：“我没有笑。”那位说：“不，你真地笑了。”

直

但撒拉因为害怕，不承认，说：“我没有笑。”他说：“不，你实在笑了。”

原

וַתְּכַחֵ֨שׁ שָׂרָ֧ה׀ לֵאמֹ֛ר לֹ֥א צָחַ֖קְתִּי כִּ֣י׀ יָרֵ֑אָה וַיֹּ֥אמֶר׀ לֹ֖א כִּ֥י צָחָֽקְתְּ׃

R

Then Sarah denied it, saying, I did not laugh; for she was afraid. And He said, No, but you did laugh.

K

Then Sarah denied, saying, I laughed not; for she was afraid. And he said, Nay; but thou didst laugh.

D

And Sarah denied, saying, I did not laugh; for she was afraid. And he said, No; but thou didst laugh.

And Sarah denieth, saying, 'I did not laugh;' for she hath been afraid; and He saith, 'Nay, but thou didst laugh.'

I

Sarah was afraid, so she lied and said, "I did not laugh." But he said, "Yes, you did laugh."

And the men rose up from there and looked down upon Sodom. And Abraham walked with them to send them away.

וַֽיהֹוָ֖ה אָמָ֑ר הַֽמְכַסֶּ֤ה אֲנִי֙ מֵֽאַבְרָהָ֔ם אֲשֶׁ֖ר אֲנִ֥י עֹשֶֽׂה׃

And Jehovah said, Shall I hide from Abraham what I am about to do,

And the LORD said, Shall I hide from Abraham that thing which I do;

D

And Jehovah said, Shall I hide from Abraham what I am doing?

Y

and Jehovah said, 'Am I concealing from Abraham that which I am doing,

Then the Lord said, "Shall I hide from Abraham what I am about to do?

Since Abraham will indeed become a great and mighty nation, and all the nations of the earth will be blessed in him?

Seeing that Abraham shall surely become a great and mighty nation, and all the nations of the earth shall be blessed in him?

Since Abraham shall indeed become a great and mighty nation; and all the nations of the earth shall be blessed in him.

Y

and Abraham certainly becometh a nation great and mighty, and blessed in him have been all nations of the earth?

I

Abraham will surely become a great and powerful nation, and all nations on earth will be blessed through him.

我眷顾他，为要叫他吩咐他的子孙和他以后的家属，遵守我耶和华的道，秉行公义和公理，使我论到亚伯拉罕的话，都成就在他身上。

和

我眷顾他，为要叫他吩咐他的众子和他的眷属遵守我的道，秉公行义，使我所应许亚伯拉罕的话都成就了。”

新

我拣选了他，是要他吩咐子孙，和他的家属，遵守我耶和华的道，秉公行义，好叫我耶和华应许亚伯拉罕的话都可实现。”

何况我拣选了他，是要他训令自己的子孙和未来的家族，保持上主的正道，实行公义正道，好使上主能实现他对亚巴郎所许的事。”

我和他知交，是要叫他吩咐他的子孙、和他以后的家属一直走我永恒主的道路，秉公行义，为要使永恒主指着亚伯拉罕所应许的话都归给他。”

我拣选他，为要．叫他吩咐他的后代和他的家室，使他们遵守雅威的道，秉公行义，使雅威在亚伯拉罕身上成就．祂所应许他的话。”

כִּ֣י יְדַעְתִּ֗יו לְמַעַן֩ אֲשֶׁ֨ר יְצַוֶּ֜ה אֶת־בָּנָ֤יו וְאֶת־בֵּיתֹו֙ אַחֲרָ֔יו וְשָֽׁמְרוּ֙ דֶּ֣רֶךְ יְהוָ֔ה לַעֲשֹׂ֥ותצְדָקָ֖ה וּמִשְׁפָּ֑ט לְמַ֗עַן הָבִ֤יא יְהוָה֙ עַל־אַבְרָהָ֔ם אֵ֥ת אֲשֶׁר־דִּבֶּ֖ר עָלָֽיו׃

For I know him, that he will command his children and his household after him to keep the way of Jehovah by doing righteousness and justice, that Jehovah may bring upon Abraham what He has spoken concerning him.

For I know him, that he will command his children and his household after him, and they shall keep the way of the LORD, to do justice and judgment; that the LORD may bring upon Abraham that which he hath spoken of him.

For I know him that he will command his children and his household after him, and they shall keep the way of Jehovah, to do righteousness and justice, in order that Jehovah may bring upon Abraham what he hath spoken of him.

for I have known him, that he commandeth his children, and his house after him (and they have kept the way of Jehovah), to do righteousness and judgment, that Jehovah may bring on Abraham that which He hath spoken concerning him.'

For I have chosen him, so that he will direct his children and his household after him to keep the way of the Lord by doing what is right and just, so that the Lord will bring about for Abraham what he has promised him."

And Jehovah said, The cry of Sodom and Gomorrah, how great it is; and their sin, how very heavy it is!

And the LORD said, Because the cry of Sodom and Gomorrah is great, and because their sin is very grievous;

And Jehovah said, Because the cry of Sodom and Gomorrah is great and their sin is very grievous,

我现在要下去，察看他们所行的，果然尽像那达到我耳中的声音么？若是不然，我也会知道。

我要下去察看．他们所做的是否尽像那达到我这里的它(原文用阴性)的呼号；若是不然，我也必知道。”

אֵֽרֲדָה־נָּ֣א וְאֶרְאֶ֔ה הַכְּצַעֲקָתָ֛הּ הַבָּ֥אָה אֵלַ֖י עָשׂ֣וּ׀ כָּלָ֑ה וְאִם־לֹ֖א אֵדָֽעָה׃

R

I shall go down and see whether they have done altogether according to its outcry, which has come to Me; and if not, I will know.

K

I will go down now, and see whether they have done altogether according to the cry of it, which is come unto me; and if not, I will know.

I will go down now, and see whether they have done altogether according to the cry of it, which is come to me; and if not, I will know [it].

I go down now, and see whether according to its cry which is coming unto Me they have done completely -- and if not -- I know;'

that I will go down and see if what they have done is as bad as the outcry that has reached me. If not, I will know."

And the men turned from there and went toward Sodom, while Abraham remained standing before Jehovah.

亚伯拉罕走近前去，说：“你真地要将义人同恶人一齐扫灭么？

亚伯拉罕近前来，说：“你真的要把义人和恶人(都)一起剿灭吗？

וַיִּגַּ֥שׁ אַבְרָהָ֖ם וַיֹּאמַ֑ר הַאַ֣ף תִּסְפֶּ֔ה צַדִּ֖יק עִם־רָשָֽׁע׃

And Abraham came near and said, Will You indeed destroy the righteous with the wicked?

And Abraham drew near, and said, Wilt thou also destroy the righteous with the wicked?

And Abraham drew near, and said, Wilt thou also cause the righteous to perish with the wicked?

And Abraham draweth nigh and saith, 'Dost Thou also consume righteous with wicked?

Then Abraham approached him and said: "Will you sweep away the righteous with the wicked?

假若那城里有五十个义人，你还剿灭么？不为城里这五十个义人宽容那地方么？

אוּלַ֥י יֵ֛שׁ חֲמִשִּׁ֥ים צַדִּיקִ֖ם בְּתֹ֣וךְ הָעִ֑יר הַאַ֤ף תִּסְפֶּה֙ וְלֹא־תִשָּׂ֣א לַמָּקֹ֔ום לְמַ֛עַן חֲמִשִּׁ֥יםהַצַּדִּיקִ֖ם אֲשֶׁ֥ר בְּקִרְבָּֽהּ׃

R

Suppose there are fifty righteous within the city; will You indeed destroy and not spare the place for the sake of the fifty righteous who are in it?

Peradventure there be fifty righteous within the city: wilt thou also destroy and not spare the place for the fifty righteous that are therein?

D

There are perhaps fifty righteous within the city: wilt thou also destroy and not forgive the place for the sake of the fifty righteous that are therein?

Y

peradventure there are fifty righteous in the midst of the city; dost Thou also consume, and not bear with the place for the sake of the fifty -- the righteous who are in its midst?

I

What if there are fifty righteous people in the city? Will you really sweep it away and not spare the place for the sake of the fifty righteous people in it?

你绝不会将义人与恶人同杀，将义人与恶人一样看待；这绝不是你所行的。审判全地的主岂不公平行事么？

和

将义人与恶人同杀，将义人与恶人一样看待，这断不是你所行的。审判全地的主岂不行公义吗？”

新

你绝不会作这样的事：把义人与恶人一同杀死，把义人和恶人一样看待，你绝不会这样！审判全地的主，岂可不行公义吗？”

思

你决不能如此行事，将义人同恶人一并诛灭；将义人如恶人一样看待，你决不能！审判全地的主，岂能不行公义？”

吕

将义人同恶人一齐杀死，你这样作么！绝对不然！让义人像恶人一样么！绝对不然！审判全地的主、难道不行公义么？”

直

…这绝不是你做的事，将义人与恶人同杀，使义人与恶人一样，你绝不会这样！审判全地的岂不行公道吗？”

原

חָלִ֨לָה לְּךָ֜ מֵעֲשֹׂ֣ת׀ כַּדָּבָ֣ר הַזֶּ֗ה לְהָמִ֤ית צַדִּיק֙ עִם־רָשָׁ֔ע וְהָיָ֥ה כַצַּדִּ֖יק כָּרָשָׁ֑ע חָלִ֣לָה לָּ֔ךְהֲשֹׁפֵט֙ כָּל־הָאָ֔רֶץ לֹ֥א יַעֲשֶׂ֖ה מִשְׁפָּֽט׃

R

Far be it from You to do such a thing, to put to death the righteous with the wicked, so that the righteous should be as the wicked. Far be it from You! Shall the Judge of all the earth not do justly?

K

That be far from thee to do after this manner, to slay the righteous with the wicked: and that the righteous should be as the wicked, that be far from thee: Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?

D

Far be it from thee to do so, to slay the righteous with the wicked, that the righteous should be as the wicked -- far be it from thee! Will not the Judge of all the earth do right?

Y

Far be it from Thee to do according to this thing, to put to death the righteous with the wicked; that it hath been -- as the righteous so the wicked -- far be it from Thee; doth the Judge of all the earth not do justice?'

I

Far be it from you to do such a thing-to kill the righteous with the wicked, treating the righteous and the wicked alike. Far be it from you! Will not the Judge of all the earth do right?"

耶和华说，我若在所多玛城里见有五十个义人，我就要为他们的缘故宽容那地方。

耶和华说：“我若在所多玛城里见有五十个义人，我就为他们的缘故饶恕那地方的众人。”

וַיֹּ֣אמֶר יְהוָ֔ה אִם־אֶמְצָ֥א בִסְדֹ֛ם חֲמִשִּׁ֥ים צַדִּיקִ֖ם בְּתֹ֣וךְ הָעִ֑יר וְנָשָׂ֥אתִי לְכָל־הַמָּקֹ֖וםבַּעֲבוּרָֽם׃

R

And Jehovah said, If I find in Sodom fifty righteous within the city, then I will spare the whole place for their sake.

And the LORD said, If I find in Sodom fifty righteous within the city, then I will spare all the place for their sakes.

And Jehovah said, If I find at Sodom fifty righteous within the city, then I will forgive all the place for their sakes.

And Jehovah saith, 'If I find in Sodom fifty righteous in the midst of the city, then have I borne with all the place for their sake.'

I

The Lord said, "If I find fifty righteous people in the city of Sodom, I will spare the whole place for their sake."

וַיַּ֥עַן אַבְרָהָ֖ם וַיֹּאמַ֑ר הִנֵּה־נָ֤א הֹואַ֨לְתִּי֙ לְדַבֵּ֣ר אֶל־אֲדֹנָ֔י וְאָנֹכִ֖י עָפָ֥ר וָאֵֽפֶר׃

R

And Abraham answered and said, Now behold, I have taken it upon myself to speak to the Lord, though I am but dust and ashes.

And Abraham answered and said, Behold now, I have taken upon me to speak unto the Lord, which am but dust and ashes:

And Abraham answered and said, Behold now, I have ventured to speak unto the Lord; I, who am dust and ashes.

And Abraham answereth and saith, 'Lo, I pray thee, I have willed to speak unto the Lord, and I -- dust and ashes;

Then Abraham spoke up again: "Now that I have been so bold as to speak to the Lord, though I am nothing but dust and ashes,

假若这五十个义人缺了五个，你就因为缺了五个毁灭全城么？祂说，我在那里若见有四十五个，也不毁灭那城。

假若这五十个义人短了五个，你就因为短了五个毁灭全城吗？”他说：“我在那里若见有四十五个，也不毁灭那城。”

假如这五十个义人中缺少了五个，你会因为缺少了五个就毁灭全城吗？”他说：“我若在那里找到四十五个，我也不会毁灭那城。”

“我虽只是尘埃灰土，胆敢再对我主说：假如五十个义人中少了五个怎样？你就为了少五个而毁灭全城吗？”他答说：“假如我在那里找到四十五个，我不毁灭。”

万一五十个义人缺了五个呢，你还要因为缺了五个就毁灭全城么？”他说：“我若在那里见有四十五个，我也不毁灭那城。”

假若这五十个义人少了五个，你就因为这五个毁灭全城吗？”祂说：“我…就不会施行毁灭。”在那里若找到四十五个，

א֠וּלַי יַחְסְר֞וּן חֲמִשִּׁ֤ים הַצַּדִּיקִם֙ חֲמִשָּׁ֔ה הֲתַשְׁחִ֥ית בַּחֲמִשָּׁ֖ה אֶת־כָּל־הָעִ֑יר וַיֹּ֨אמֶר֙ לֹ֣אאַשְׁחִ֔ית אִם־אֶמְצָ֣א שָׁ֔ם אַרְבָּעִ֖ים וַחֲמִשָּֽׁה׃

R

Suppose the fifty righteous are lacking five, will You destroy the whole city because of five? And He said, I will not destroy it if I find forty-five there.

K

Peradventure there shall lack five of the fifty righteous: wilt thou destroy all the city for lack of five? And he said, If I find there forty and five, I will not destroy it.

D

Perhaps there may want five of the fifty righteous: wilt thou destroy all the city on account of the five? And he said, If I shall find forty-five there, I will not destroy [it].

Y

peradventure there are lacking five of the fifty righteous -- dost Thou destroy for five the whole of the city?' and He saith, 'I destroy it not, if I find there forty and five.'

I

what if the number of the righteous is five less than fifty? Will you destroy the whole city because of five people?" "If I find forty-five there," he said, "I will not destroy it."

亚伯拉罕又对祂说，假若在那里见有四十个怎么样？祂说，为这四十个的缘故，我也不作这事。

和

亚伯拉罕又对他说：“假若在那里见有四十个怎么样呢？”他说：“为这四十个的缘故，我也不作这事。”

亚巴郎再向他进言说：“假如在那里找到四十个怎样？”他答说：“为了这四十个我也不做这事。”

亚伯拉罕又对他说：“万一在那里只见有四十个呢？”他说：“因这四十个的缘故，我也不这样作。”

亚伯拉罕又对祂说：“假若在那里找到四十个呢？”祂说：“为这四十个的缘故，我也不做(这事)。”

וַיֹּ֨סֶף עֹ֜וד לְדַבֵּ֤ר אֵלָיו֙ וַיֹּאמַ֔ר אוּלַ֛י יִמָּצְא֥וּן שָׁ֖ם אַרְבָּעִ֑ים וַיֹּ֨אמֶר֙ לֹ֣א אֶֽעֱשֶׂ֔ה בַּעֲב֖וּרהָאַרְבָּעִֽים׃

R

And he spoke to Him yet again and said, Suppose forty are found there? And He said, I will not do it, because of the forty.

And he spake unto him yet again, and said, Peradventure there shall be forty found there. And he said, I will not do it for forty's sake.

D

And he continued yet to speak with him, and said, Perhaps there may be forty found there. And he said, I will not do it for the forty's sake.

Y

And he addeth again to speak unto Him and saith, 'Peradventure there are found there forty?' and He saith, 'I do it not, because of the forty.'

I

Once again he spoke to him, "What if only forty are found there?" He said, "For the sake of forty, I will not do it."

亚伯拉罕说，求主不要动怒，容我说，假若在那里见有三十个怎么样？祂说，我在那里若见有三十个，我也不作这事。

和

亚伯拉罕说：“求主不要动怒，容我说，假若在那里见有三十个怎么样呢？”他说：“我在那里若见有三十个，我也不作这事。”

亚伯拉罕说：“请我主不要动怒，容我再问：‘假如在那里找到三十个呢？’”他回答：“我若在那里找到三十个，也不这样作。”

亚巴郎说：“求我主且勿动怒，容我再进一言：假如在那里找到三十个怎样？”他答说：“假如在那里我找到三十个，我也不做这事。”

吕

亚伯拉罕说：“求主不要发怒，容我再说一句：“假使在那里只见有三十个呢？”他说：“我若在那里见有三十个，我也不这样作。”

直

亚伯拉罕说：“求主不要动怒，容我说，假若在那里找到三十个呢？”祂说：“…我也不做(这事)。”我在那里若找到三十个，

וַ֠יֹּאמֶר אַל־נָ֞א יִ֤חַר לַֽאדֹנָי֙ וַאֲדַבֵּ֔רָה אוּלַ֛י יִמָּצְא֥וּן שָׁ֖ם שְׁלֹשִׁ֑ים וַיֹּ֨אמֶר֙ לֹ֣א אֶֽעֱשֶׂ֔האִם־אֶמְצָ֥א שָׁ֖ם שְׁלֹשִֽׁים׃

R

And he said, Oh may the Lord not be angry if I speak. Suppose thirty are found there? And He said, I will not do it if I find thirty there.

K

And he said unto him, Oh let not the Lord be angry, and I will speak: Peradventure there shall thirty be found there. And he said, I will not do it, if I find thirty there.

And he said, Oh, let not the Lord be angry that I speak! Perhaps there may be thirty found there. And he said, I will not do it if I find thirty there.

Y

And he saith, 'Let it not be, I Pray thee, displeasing to the Lord, and I speak: peradventure there are found there thirty?' and He saith, 'I do it not, if I find there thirty.'

I

Then he said, "May the Lord not be angry, but let me speak. What if only thirty can be found there?" He answered, "I will not do it if I find thirty there."

亚伯拉罕说，我还敢对主说话，假若在那里见有二十个怎么样？祂说，为这二十个的缘故，我也不毁灭那城。

亚伯拉罕说：“我还敢对主说话，假若在那里见有二十个怎么样呢？”他说：“为这二十个的缘故，我也不毁灭那城。”

亚伯拉罕说：“我再大胆地对我主说，假如在那里找到二十个呢？”他回答：“我因这二十个的缘故，也不毁灭那城。”

亚巴郎说：“我再放胆对我主进一言：假如在那里找到二十个怎样？”他答说：“为了这二十个，我也不毁灭。”

吕

亚伯拉罕说：“我还敢对主说一句：假使在那里只见有二十个呢？”他说：“因这二十个的缘故，我也不毁灭。”

直

亚伯拉罕说：“看哪！我还敢对我主说话，假若在那里找到二十个呢？”他说：“为这二十个的缘故，我也不施行毁灭。”

וַיֹּ֗אמֶר הִנֵּֽה־נָ֤א הֹואַ֨לְתִּי֙ לְדַבֵּ֣ר אֶל־אֲדֹנָ֔י אוּלַ֛י יִמָּצְא֥וּן שָׁ֖ם עֶשְׂרִ֑ים וַיֹּ֨אמֶר֙ לֹ֣א אַשְׁחִ֔יתבַּעֲב֖וּר הָֽעֶשְׂרִֽים׃

R

And he said, Now behold, I have taken it upon myself to speak to the Lord. Suppose twenty are found there? And He said, I will not destroy it, because of the twenty.

K

And he said, Behold now, I have taken upon me to speak unto the Lord: Peradventure there shall be twenty found there. And he said, I will not destroy it for twenty's sake.

D

And he said, Behold now, I have ventured to speak with the Lord. Perhaps there may be twenty found there. And he said, I will not destroy [it] for the twenty's sake.

Y

And he saith, 'Lo, I pray thee, I have willed to speak unto the Lord: peradventure there are found there twenty?' and He saith, 'I do not destroy it, because of the twenty.'

I

Abraham said, "Now that I have been so bold as to speak to the Lord, what if only twenty can be found there?" He said, "For the sake of twenty, I will not destroy it."

亚伯拉罕说，求主不要动怒，容我再说这一次，假若在那里见有十个呢？祂说，为这十个的缘故，我也不毁灭那城。

和

亚伯拉罕说：“求主不要动怒，我再说这一次，假若在那里见有十个呢？”他说：“为这十个的缘故，我也不毁灭那城。”

新

亚伯拉罕说：“请我主不要动怒，容我问这最后的一次，假如在那里找到十个呢？”他回答：“我因这十个的缘故，也不毁灭那城。”

亚巴郎说：“求我主且勿动怒，容我最后一次进言：假如在那里找到十个怎样？”他答说：“为了这十个我也不毁灭。”

吕

亚伯拉罕说：“求主不要发怒，容我再说一句：就只这一次：万一在那里只见有十个呢？”他说：“因这十个的缘故，我也不毁灭。”

直

亚伯拉罕说：“求我主不要动怒，我再说这一次，假若在那里找到十个呢？”他说：“为这十个的缘故，我也不施行毁灭。”

וַ֠יֹּאמֶר אַל־נָ֞א יִ֤חַר לַֽאדֹנָי֙ וַאֲדַבְּרָ֣ה אַךְ־הַפַּ֔עַם אוּלַ֛י יִמָּצְא֥וּן שָׁ֖ם עֲשָׂרָ֑ה וַיֹּ֨אמֶר֙ לֹ֣אאַשְׁחִ֔ית בַּעֲב֖וּר הָעֲשָׂרָֽה׃

And he said, Oh let the Lord not be angry if I speak yet once more. Suppose ten are found there? And He said, I will not destroy it, because of the ten.

And he said, Oh let not the Lord be angry, and I will speak yet but this once: Peradventure ten shall be found there. And he said, I will not destroy it for ten's sake.

And he said, Oh, let not the Lord be angry, that I speak yet but this time! Perhaps there may be ten found there. And he said, I will not destroy [it] for the ten's sake.

Y

And Jehovah went away as soon as He had finished speaking with Abraham, and Abraham returned to his place.

And the LORD went his way, as soon as he had left communing with Abraham: and Abraham returned unto his place.

And Jehovah went away when he had ended speaking to Abraham; and Abraham returned to his place.

Y

And Jehovah goeth on, when He hath finished speaking unto Abraham, and Abraham hath turned back to his place.

I

When the Lord had finished speaking with Abraham, he left, and Abraham returned home.
