人与人之间若有争讼，前来求审，审判官审判他们，要定义人为义，定恶人为恶。

“人若有争讼，来听审判，审判官就要定义人有理，定恶人有罪。

“如果人与人之间有争讼的事，就上法庭去；审判官审判他们的时候，要定义人有理，定恶人有罪；

几时人与人之间发生争讼，而对簿公庭，定案时，正直的，应声明他正直；有罪的，应判定他有罪；

“人与人之间若有争讼的事上审判厅，官府审判他们，定有理的无罪，定无理的有罪；

当人与人之间有争讼，近前来审判，…的时候也定了他们的案，使义人有理，使恶人有罪

כִּֽי־יִהְיֶ֥ה רִיב֙ בֵּ֣ין אֲנָשִׁ֔ים וְנִגְּשׁ֥וּ אֶל־הַמִּשְׁפָּ֖ט וּשְׁפָט֑וּם וְהִצְדִּ֨יקוּ֙ אֶת־הַצַּדִּ֔יק וְהִרְשִׁ֖יעוּאֶת־הָרָשָֽׁע׃

If there is a dispute between men, and they approach the court, and the judges judge them, they shall justify the righteous and condemn the wicked.

If there be a controversy between men, and they come unto judgment, that the judges may judge them; then they shall justify the righteous, and condemn the wicked.

If there be a controversy between men, and they resort to judgment, and they judge [their case]; then they shall justify the righteous, and condemn the wicked.

'When there is a strife between men, and they have come nigh unto the judgment, and they have judged, and declared righteous the righteous, and declared wrong the wrong-doer,

When men have a dispute, they are to take it to court and the judges will decide the case, acquitting the innocent and condemning the guilty.

恶人若该受责打，审判官就要叫他伏下，当面按着他罪恶的轻重照数责打。

恶人若该受责打，审判官就要叫他当面伏在地上，按着他的罪照数责打。

如果有罪的人应受责打，审判官就要叫他伏下，当面按着他的罪，照着数目责打他。

如有罪的应受鞭刑，判官应命他伏下，当面按他的罪照数鞭打；

那无理的应该受责打，那么审判官就要叫他伏在地上，按着他的罪、照数目使他当面受责打。

恶人若该受责打，审判官就要让他的面伏在地上，…打他。按着他的罪照数

וְהָיָ֛ה אִם־בִּ֥ן הַכֹּ֖ות הָרָשָׁ֑ע וְהִפִּילֹ֤ו הַשֹּׁפֵט֙ וְהִכָּ֣הוּ לְפָנָ֔יו כְּדֵ֥י רִשְׁעָתֹ֖ו בְּמִסְפָּֽר׃

And if the wicked man is worthy of beating, the judge shall make him lie down and have him beaten before him as is sufficient for his wickedness, by number.

And it shall be, if the wicked man be worthy to be beaten, that the judge shall cause him to lie down, and to be beaten before his face, according to his fault, by a certain number.

And it shall be if the wicked man have deserved to be beaten, that the judge shall cause him to lie down, and be beaten before his face, according to the measure of his wickedness with a certain number [of stripes].

then it hath come to pass, if the wrong-doer is to be smitten, that the judge hath caused him to fall down, and one hath smitten him in his presence, according to the sufficiency of his wrong-doing, by number;

If the guilty man deserves to be beaten, the judge shall make him lie down and have him flogged in his presence with the number of lashes his crime deserves,

只可打他四十下，不可过数；恐怕过了数，多打了他，便是轻贱你的弟兄了。

Forty blows he may give him; he shall not exceed, lest, in exceeding, he beat him beyond these with many blows and your brother be degraded before your eyes.

Forty stripes he may give him, and not exceed: lest, if he should exceed, and beat him above these with many stripes, then thy brother should seem vile unto thee.

With forty [stripes] shall they beat him; they shall not exceed, lest, if they continue to beat him with many stripes above these, thy brother become despicable in thine eyes.

forty times he doth smite him -- he is not adding, lest, he is adding to smite him above these -- many stripes, and thy brother is lightly esteemed in thine eyes.

but he must not give him more than forty lashes. If he is flogged more than that, your brother will be degraded in your eyes.

兄弟同住，若死了一个，没有儿子，死人的妻子不可出嫁外人；她丈夫的兄弟当与她同房，娶她为妻，向她尽丈夫兄弟的本分。

“弟兄同居，若死了一个，没有儿子，死人的妻不可出嫁外人，她丈夫的兄弟当尽弟兄的本分，娶她为妻，与她同房。

If brothers dwell together, and one of them dies, and he has no son, the wife of the deceased man shall not become the wife of a stranger outside the family; her husband's brother shall go in unto her and take her as his wife, and he shall do the duty of a husband's brother for her.

If brethren dwell together, and one of them die, and have no child, the wife of the dead shall not marry without unto a stranger: her husband's brother shall go in unto her, and take her to him to wife, and perform the duty of an husband's brother unto her.

If brothers are living together and one of them dies without a son, his widow must not marry outside the family. Her husband's brother shall take her and marry her and fulfill the duty of a brother-in-law to her.

妇人生的长子必归已死之兄弟的名下，免得他的名从以色列中被涂抹。

וְהָיָ֗ה הַבְּכֹור֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר תֵּלֵ֔ד יָק֕וּם עַל־שֵׁ֥ם אָחִ֖יו הַמֵּ֑ת וְלֹֽא־יִמָּחֶ֥ה שְׁמֹ֖ו מִיִּשְׂרָאֵֽל׃

And the firstborn whom she bears shall assume the name of his deceased brother, so that his name is not blotted out of Israel.

And it shall be, that the firstborn which she beareth shall succeed in the name of his brother which is dead, that his name be not put out of Israel.

And it shall be, that the firstborn that she beareth shall stand in the name of his brother who is dead, that his name be not blotted out from Israel.

and it hath been, the first-born which she beareth doth rise for the name of his dead brother, and his name is not wiped away out of Israel.

The first son she bears shall carry on the name of the dead brother so that his name will not be blotted out from Israel.

那人若不愿意娶他兄弟的妻子，他兄弟的妻子就要到城门长老那里，说，我丈夫的兄弟不肯在以色列中为他兄弟立名，不肯向我尽丈夫兄弟的本分。

那人若不愿意娶他哥哥的妻，他哥哥的妻就要到城门长老那里，说：‘我丈夫的兄弟不肯在以色列中兴起他哥哥的名字，不给我尽弟兄的本分。’

那人如果不喜欢娶他兄弟的妻子，他兄弟的妻子就要到城门去见长老，说：‘我丈夫的兄弟不肯在以色列中为自己的哥哥立名，不肯对我尽兄弟的本分。’

若是那人不肯娶他兄弟的妻子，他兄弟的妻子应到城门去见长老说：“我丈夫的兄弟不愿在以色列中给自己的兄弟留名，不愿对我尽兄弟的义务。”

那人若不愿意娶她兄弟的妻，他兄弟的妻就要上城门长老们那里说：‘我丈夫的兄弟不肯在以色列中为他兄弟立名，不情愿向我尽做丈夫的兄弟的本分。’

那人若不喜欢娶他兄弟的妻子，他兄弟的妻子就要上到城门长老那里，说：‘我丈夫的兄弟不肯在以色列中为他兄弟立名，不愿意对我尽兄弟的本分。’

וְאִם־לֹ֤א יַחְפֹּץ֙ הָאִ֔ישׁ לָקַ֖חַת אֶת־יְבִמְתֹּ֑ו וְעָלְתָה֩ יְבִמְתֹּ֨ו הַשַּׁ֜עְרָה אֶל־הַזְּקֵנִ֗ים וְאָֽמְרָה֙מֵאֵ֨ין יְבָמִ֜י לְהָקִ֨ים לְאָחִ֥יו שֵׁם֙ בְּיִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל לֹ֥א אָבָ֖ה יַבְּמִֽי׃

And if the man does not desire to take his brother's wife, his brother's wife shall go up to the gate to the elders and say, My husband's brother refuses to raise up a name in Israel to his brother; he is not willing to do the duty of a husband's brother for me.

And if the man like not to take his brother's wife, then let his brother's wife go up to the gate unto the elders, and say, My husband's brother refuseth to raise up unto his brother a name in Israel, he will not perform the duty of my husband's brother.

But if the man like not to take his brother's wife, his brother's wife shall go up to the gate unto the elders, and say, My husband's brother refuseth to raise up unto his brother a name in Israel: he will not perform for me the duty of a husband's brother.

'And if the man doth not delight to take his brother's wife, then hath his brother's wife gone up to the gate, unto the elders, and said, My husband's brother is refusing to raise up to his brother a name in Israel; he hath not been willing to perform the duty of my husband's brother;

However, if a man does not want to marry his brother's wife, she shall go to the elders at the town gate and say, "My husband's brother refuses to carry on his brother's name in Israel. He will not fulfill the duty of a brother-in-law to me."

本城的长老就要召那人来，对他说明；他若执意说，我不愿意娶她，

本城的长老就要召那人来问他，他若执意说：‘我不愿意娶她。’

本城的长老就要把那人叫来，对他说明；如果他坚持说：‘我不乐意娶她’，

本城的长老应叫那人来，对他说明；如他仍坚持说：“我不愿娶她。”

本城的长老就要召他，跟他谈话，他若执意说：‘我不喜欢娶他’，

וְקָֽרְאוּ־לֹ֥ו זִקְנֵי־עִירֹ֖ו וְדִבְּר֣וּ אֵלָ֑יו וְעָמַ֣ד וְאָמַ֔ר לֹ֥א חָפַ֖צְתִּי לְקַחְתָּֽהּ׃

Then the elders of his city shall call him and speak to him. And if he persists and says, I do not desire to take her;

他哥哥的妻子就要当着长老的面前，走到那人跟前，脱去他脚上的鞋子，吐唾沫在他的脸上，说：‘那不为自己哥哥建立家室的，人人都要这样对待他。’

他兄弟的妻子应当着长老的面，走到他跟前，从他脚上脱下他的鞋，向他脸上吐唾沫说：“那不愿给自己兄弟建立家室的人，应这样对待他。”

那么他兄弟的妻就要当着长老们眼前凑上前到那人跟前，从他脚上脱去了鞋，吐唾沫在他脸上，应时说：‘那不为他兄弟建立家室的、人都要这样待他。’

他兄弟的妻子就要在长老眼前近前到他那里，把他的鞋子从他脚上脱下，吐唾沫在他脸上，说：‘要这样对待…的人。’不建立他兄弟家室

וְנִגְּשָׁ֨ה יְבִמְתֹּ֣ו אֵלָיו֮ לְעֵינֵ֣י הַזְּקֵנִים֒ וְחָלְצָ֤ה נַעֲלֹו֙ מֵעַ֣ל רַגְלֹ֔ו וְיָרְקָ֖ה בְּפָנָ֑יו וְעָֽנְתָה֙ וְאָ֣מְרָ֔הכָּ֚כָה יֵעָשֶׂ֣ה לָאִ֔ישׁ אֲשֶׁ֥ר לֹא־יִבְנֶ֖ה אֶת־בֵּ֥ית אָחִֽיו׃

Then his brother's wife shall draw near to him in the sight of the elders and remove his sandal from off his foot, and she shall spit in his face and respond and say, Thus shall it be done to the man who does not build up his brother's house.

Then shall his brother's wife come unto him in the presence of the elders, and loose his shoe from off his foot, and spit in his face, and shall answer and say, So shall it be done unto that man that will not build up his brother's house.

then shall his brother's wife come near to him before the eyes of the elders, and draw his sandal from his foot, and spit in his face, and shall answer and say, So shall it be done unto the man that will not build up his brother's house.

'Then hath his brother's wife drawn nigh unto him, before the eyes of the elders, and drawn his shoe from off his foot, and spat in his face, and answered and said, Thus it is done to the man who doth not build up the house of his brother;

his brother's widow shall go up to him in the presence of the elders, take off one of his sandals, spit in his face and say, "This is what is done to the man who will not build up his brother's family line."

And his name shall be called in Israel, The house of him whose sandal has been removed.

And his name shall be called in Israel, The house of him that hath his shoe loosed.

And his name shall be called in Israel, The house of him that hath his shoe drawn off.

and his name hath been called in Israel -- The house of him whose shoe is drawn off.

That man's line shall be known in Israel as The Family of the Unsandaled.

若有人与弟兄争斗，这人的妻子近前来，要救她丈夫脱离那打她丈夫之人的手，伸手抓住那人的下体，

“若有二人争斗，这人的妻近前来，要救她丈夫脱离那打她丈夫之人的手，抓住那人的下体，

“有两个人在一起打斗，如果其中一人的妻子走前来，要救她的丈夫脱离那打她丈夫的人的手，就伸手抓住那人的下体，

若两人彼此殴打，一人的妻子前来，救她的丈夫脱离那打他者的手，伸手抓住了那人的阴部；

“人在一起彼此争斗，若其中一人的妻子走近前来、要援救她丈夫脱离那击打他者的手，便伸手抓住那人的下体，

“若有人在一起彼此争斗，(其中)一个的妻子近前来，为了救她丈夫脱离那打他之人的手，就伸出她的手，抓住他的下体，

כִּֽי־יִנָּצ֨וּ אֲנָשִׁ֤ים יַחְדָּו֙ אִ֣ישׁ וְאָחִ֔יו וְקָֽרְבָה֙ אֵ֣שֶׁת הָֽאֶחָ֔ד לְהַצִּ֥יל אֶת־אִישָּׁ֖הּ מִיַּ֣ד מַכֵּ֑הוּוְשָׁלְחָ֣ה יָדָ֔הּ וְהֶחֱזִ֖יקָה בִּמְבֻשָֽׁיו׃

When two men fight together, a man and his brother, and the wife of the one comes near to rescue her husband from the hand of him who is beating him, and she puts forth her hand and takes hold of his private parts;

When men strive together one with another, and the wife of the one draweth near for to deliver her husband out of the hand of him that smiteth him, and putteth forth her hand, and taketh him by the secrets:

For everyone who does these things, everyone who does unrighteousness, is an abomination to Jehovah your God.

For all that do such things, and all that do unrighteously, are an abomination unto the LORD thy God.

For every one that doeth such things, every one that doeth unrighteousness, is an abomination to Jehovah thy God.

for the abomination of Jehovah thy God is any one doing these things, any one doing iniquity.

For the Lord your God detests anyone who does these things, anyone who deals dishonestly.

你要记得你们出埃及的时候，亚玛力人在路上怎样待你。

你应记得，当你由埃及出来时，阿玛肋克在路上怎样对待了你：

זָכֹ֕ור אֵ֛ת אֲשֶׁר־עָשָׂ֥ה לְךָ֖ עֲמָלֵ֑ק בַּדֶּ֖רֶךְ בְּצֵאתְכֶ֥ם מִמִּצְרָֽיִם׃

Remember what Amalek did to you on the way when you came out of Egypt,

Remember what Amalek did unto thee by the way, when ye were come forth out of Egypt;

Remember what Amalek did unto thee on the way, when ye came forth out of Egypt;

'Remember that which Amalek hath done to thee in the way, in your going out from Egypt,

Remember what the Amalekites did to you along the way when you came out of Egypt.

他怎样在路上遇见了你，你疲乏困倦的时候、他怎样截击你的尽后队、击打你后面所有支离破碎的人，也不敬畏上帝。

(他)在路上遇见你，击杀你尽后边软弱的人，而你疲乏，你困倦，他并不敬畏神。

אֲשֶׁ֨ר קָֽרְךָ֜ בַּדֶּ֗רֶךְ וַיְזַנֵּ֤ב בְּךָ֙ כָּל־הַנֶּחֱשָׁלִ֣ים אַֽחַרֶ֔יךָ וְאַתָּ֖ה עָיֵ֣ף וְיָגֵ֑עַ וְלֹ֥א יָרֵ֖א אֱלֹהִֽים׃

That he met you on the way and struck you at the rear, struck all those who were worn out at your rear, when you were faint and weary; and he did not fear God.

When you were weary and worn out, they met you on your journey and cut off all who were lagging behind; they had no fear of God.

所以耶和华你神使你不被四围的一切仇敌扰乱，在耶和华你神赐你承受为业的地上得安息；那时，你要将亚玛力的名号从天下涂抹了，不可忘记。

所以耶和华你神使你不被四围一切的仇敌扰乱，在耶和华你神赐你为业的地上得享平安。那时，你要将亚玛力的名号从天下涂抹了，不可忘记。”

所以耶和华你的神使你脱离四围所有的仇敌，在耶和华你的神赐给你作产业的地上，得享太平的时候，你务要把亚玛力这名号从天下涂抹，不可忘记。”

所以，当上主你的天主赐你摆脱你四周的一切仇敌，在上主你的天主赐给你作产业的地上，安享太平时，你应由天下抹去阿玛肋克的名字；不可忘记！

所以将来永恒主你的上帝使你得享平静、在永恒主你的上帝所赐给你去取得为基业的地、脱离了你四围一切的仇敌，那时你务要将亚玛力这名号从天下涂抹掉：不可忘记。

所以雅威──你神使你…得享平安。…不被四围一切的仇敌扰乱，在雅威──你神赐你承受为业的地上．那时，你要将亚玛力的名号从天下涂抹了，不可忘记。”

וְהָיָ֡ה בְּהָנִ֣יחַ יְהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֣יךָ׀ לְ֠ךָ מִכָּל־אֹ֨יְבֶ֜יךָ מִסָּבִ֗יב בָּאָ֨רֶץ֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר יְהוָֽה־אֱ֠לֹהֶיךָ נֹתֵ֨ן לְךָ֤נַחֲלָה֙ לְרִשְׁתָּ֔הּ תִּמְחֶה֙ אֶת־זֵ֣כֶר עֲמָלֵ֔ק מִתַּ֖חַת הַשָּׁמָ֑יִם לֹ֖א תִּשְׁכָּֽח׃ פ

Therefore when Jehovah your God gives you rest from all your enemies surrounding you, in the land which Jehovah your God is giving you as an inheritance to possess, you shall blot out the memory of Amalek from under heaven; you shall not forget.

Therefore it shall be, when the LORD thy God hath given thee rest from all thine enemies round about, in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance to possess it, that thou shalt blot out the remembrance of Amalek from under heaven; thou shalt not forget it.

And it shall be, when Jehovah thy God shall have given thee rest from all thine enemies round about, in the land that Jehovah thy God giveth thee for an inheritance to possess it, that thou shalt blot out the remembrance of Amalek from under the heavens; thou shalt not forget it.

And it hath been, in Jehovah thy God's giving rest to thee, from all thine enemies round about, in the land which Jehovah thy God is giving to thee -- an inheritance to possess it -- thou dost blot out the rememberance of Amalek from under the heavens -- thou dost not forget.

When the Lord your God gives you rest from all the enemies around you in the land he is giving you to possess as an inheritance, you shall blot out the memory of Amalek from under heaven. Do not forget!
