כִּי־יִמָּצֵ֣א חָלָ֗ל בָּאֲדָמָה֙ אֲשֶׁר֩ יְהוָ֨ה אֱלֹהֶ֜יךָ נֹתֵ֤ן לְךָ֙ לְרִשְׁתָּ֔הּ נֹפֵ֖ל בַּשָּׂדֶ֑ה לֹ֥א נֹודַ֖ע מִ֥יהִכָּֽהוּ׃
R
If a slain man is found lying in the field in the land which Jehovah your God is giving you to possess, it not being known who slew him,

If one be found slain in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee to possess it, lying in the field, and it be not known who hath slain him:

If one be found slain in the land which Jehovah thy God giveth thee to possess, lying in the field, [and] it be not known who hath smitten him,

Then your elders and judges shall go out and measure the distance to the cities that surround the slain man.

Then thy elders and thy judges shall come forth, and they shall measure unto the cities which are round about him that is slain:

And the city that is nearest the slain man, that is, the elders of that city, shall take a heifer of the herd which has not been worked and has not drawn the yoke;

And it shall be, that the city which is next unto the slain man, even the elders of that city shall take an heifer, which hath not been wrought with, and which hath not drawn in the yoke;

and the city that is nearest unto him that is slain, even the elders of that city shall take a heifer that hath not been wrought with, that hath not drawn in the yoke;

and it hath been, the city which is near unto the slain one, even the elders of that city have taken a heifer of the herd, which hath not been wrought with, which hath not drawn in the yoke,

And the elders of that city shall bring the heifer down to a river valley that flows continually, which has not been plowed or sown, and break the neck of the heifer there in the river valley.

And the elders of that city shall bring down the heifer unto a rough valley, which is neither eared nor sown, and shall strike off the heifer's neck there in the valley:

and the elders of that city shall bring down the heifer unto an ever-flowing watercourse, which is not tilled, nor is it sown, and shall break the heifer's neck there in the watercourse;

and the elders of that city have brought down the heifer unto a hard valley, which is not tilled nor sown, and have beheaded there the heifer in the valley.

and lead her down to a valley that has not been plowed or planted and where there is a flowing stream. There in the valley they are to break the heifer's neck.

利未子孙作祭司的要近前来;因为耶和华你的神拣选了他们事奉祂,在耶和华的名里祝福,所有争讼殴打的事都要凭他们的话判断。

And the priests, the sons of Levi, shall draw near; for Jehovah your God has chosen them to minister to Him and to bless in the name of Jehovah, and by their word shall every dispute and every assault be settled.

And the priests the sons of Levi shall come near; for them the LORD thy God hath chosen to minister unto him, and to bless in the name of the LORD; and by their word shall every controversy and every stroke be tried:
D
and the priests the sons of Levi shall come near; for them Jehovah thy God hath chosen to do service unto him, and to bless in the name of Jehovah; and according to their word shall be every controversy and every stroke.

'And the priests, sons of Levi, have come nigh -- for on them hath Jehovah thy God fixed to serve Him, and to bless in the name of Jehovah, and by their mouth is every strife, and every stroke --
I
The priests, the sons of Levi, shall step forward, for the Lord your God has chosen them to minister and to pronounce blessings in the name of the Lord and to decide all cases of dispute and assault.

And all the elders of that city that is nearest the slain man shall wash their hands over the heifer whose neck was broken in the river valley.

And they shall answer and say, Our hands have not shed this blood, nor have our eyes seen it done.

耶和华啊,求你赦免你所救赎的以色列民,不要使流无辜血的罪归在你的百姓以色列中间。这样,流血的罪必得赦免。

永恒主啊,求你赦宥你人民以色列、就是你所赎救的;不要使流无辜血的罪归在你人民以色列中间;总要使他们流人血的罪得除净。’

雅威啊,你除净你所救赎的你的以色列百姓,不要使无辜的血归在你百姓以色列中间。’这样,他们必得除净这血。

כַּפֵּר֩ לְעַמְּךָ֙ יִשְׂרָאֵ֤ל אֲשֶׁר־פָּדִ֨יתָ֙ יְהוָ֔ה וְאַל־תִּתֵּן֙ דָּ֣ם נָקִ֔י בְּקֶ֖רֶב עַמְּךָ֣ יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל וְנִכַּפֵּ֥ר לָהֶ֖םהַדָּֽם׃
R
Cover Your people Israel, whom You have ransomed, O Jehovah, and do not set the guilt of innocent blood in the midst of Your people Israel. And the guilt of the blood shall be covered from them.

Be merciful, O LORD, unto thy people Israel, whom thou hast redeemed, and lay not innocent blood unto thy people of Israel's charge. And the blood shall be forgiven them.
D
Forgive thy people Israel, whom thou, Jehovah, hast redeemed, and lay not innocent blood to the charge of thy people Israel; and the blood shall be expiated for them.
Y
receive atonement for Thy people Israel, whom Thou hast ransomed, O Jehovah, and suffer not innocent blood in the midst of Thy people Israel; and the blood hath been pardoned to them,
I
Accept this atonement for your people Israel, whom you have redeemed, O Lord , and do not hold your people guilty of the blood of an innocent man." And the bloodshed will be atoned for.

你行耶和华眼中看为正的事,就可以从你们中间完全除掉流无辜血的罪。

וְאַתָּ֗ה תְּבַעֵ֛ר הַדָּ֥ם הַנָּקִ֖י מִקִּרְבֶּ֑ךָ כִּֽי־תַעֲשֶׂ֥ה הַיָּשָׁ֖ר בְּעֵינֵ֥י יְהוָֽה׃ ס
R
Thus you shall utterly remove the guilt of the innocent blood from your midst, for you do what is right in the sight of Jehovah.

So shalt thou put away the guilt of innocent blood from among you, when thou shalt do that which is right in the sight of the LORD.
D
So shalt thou put away innocent blood from thy midst, when thou shalt do what is right in the eyes of Jehovah.
Y
and thou dost put away the innocent blood out of thy midst, for thou dost that which is right in the eyes of Jehovah.
I
So you will purge from yourselves the guilt of shedding innocent blood, since you have done what is right in the eyes of the Lord .

When you go out to fight against your enemies and Jehovah your God delivers them into your hands and you take them captive,

When thou goest forth to war against thine enemies, and the LORD thy God hath delivered them into thine hands, and thou hast taken them captive,

When thou goest forth to war against thine enemies, and Jehovah thy God delivereth them into thy hands, and thou hast taken captives of them,

'When thou goest out to battle against thine enemies, and Jehovah thy God hath given them into thy hand, and thou hast taken captive its captivity,

When you go to war against your enemies and the Lord your God delivers them into your hands and you take captives,

And you see a beautiful woman among the captives and desire her and would take her to yourself as a wife;

And seest among the captives a beautiful woman, and hast a desire unto her, that thou wouldest have her to thy wife;

and thou seest among the captives a woman of beautiful form, and hast a desire unto her, and takest her as thy wife;

and hast seen in the captivity a woman of fair form, and hast delighted in her, and hast taken to thee for a wife,

if you notice among the captives a beautiful woman and are attracted to her, you may take her as your wife.

And take her clothes of captivity away from her. And she shall dwell in your house and mourn her father and mother for a full month. And afterward you shall go in unto her and be her husband, and she shall be a wife to you.

And she shall put the raiment of her captivity from off her, and shall remain in thine house, and bewail her father and her mother a full month: and after that thou shalt go in unto her, and be her husband, and she shall be thy wife.

and turned aside the raiment of her captivity from off her, and hath dwelt in thy house, and bewailed her father and her mother a month of days, and afterwards thou dost go in unto her and hast married her, and she hath been to thee for a wife:

and put aside the clothes she was wearing when captured. After she has lived in your house and mourned her father and mother for a full month, then you may go to her and be her husband and she shall be your wife.

后来你若不喜悦她,就要由她随意出去,绝不可为钱卖她,也不可当婢女待她,因为你玷辱了她。

后来你若不喜悦她,就要由她随意出去,决不可为钱卖她,也不可当婢女待她,因为你玷污了她。”

וְהָיָ֞ה אִם־לֹ֧א חָפַ֣צְתָּ בָּ֗הּ וְשִׁלַּחְתָּהּ֙ לְנַפְשָׁ֔הּ וּמָכֹ֥ר לֹא־תִמְכְּרֶ֖נָּה בַּכָּ֑סֶף לֹא־תִתְעַמֵּ֣ר בָּ֔הּתַּ֖חַת אֲשֶׁ֥ר עִנִּיתָֽהּ׃ ס
R
And if after a time you do not delight in her, you shall let her go wherever she wishes. But you must not sell her for money; you shall not deal with her as a slave, because you have humbled her.

And it shall be, if thou have no delight in her, then thou shalt let her go whither she will; but thou shalt not sell her at all for money, thou shalt not make merchandise of her, because thou hast humbled her.

And it shall be, if thou have no delight in her, then thou shalt let her go according to her desire; but thou shalt in no wise sell her for money; thou shalt not treat her as a slave, because thou hast humbled her.

'And it hath been -- if thou hast not delighted in her, that thou hast sent her away at her desire, and thou dost not at all sell her for money; thou dost not tyrannize over her, because that thou hast humbled her.

If you are not pleased with her, let her go wherever she wishes. You must not sell her or treat her as a slave, since you have dishonored her.

人若有两个妻子,一个是所爱的,一个是所恶的;所爱的和所恶的都给他生了儿子,但长子是所恶之妻生的。

Then his father and mother shall seize him and bring him forth to the elders of his city and to the gate of his place.

וְאָמְר֞וּ אֶל־זִקְנֵ֣י עִירֹ֗ו בְּנֵ֤נוּ זֶה֙ סֹורֵ֣ר וּמֹרֶ֔ה אֵינֶ֥נּוּ שֹׁמֵ֖עַ בְּקֹלֵ֑נוּ זֹולֵ֖ל וְסֹבֵֽא׃

And they shall say to the elders of his city, This son of ours is stubborn and rebellious; he does not listen to our voice; he is a glutton and a drunkard.

Then all the men of his city shall stone him with stones so that he dies. Thus you shall utterly remove the evil from your midst, and all Israel will hear and will fear.

His corpse shall not remain overnight on the tree, but you must bury him on that day. For he who is hanged is accursed of God, and you shall not defile your land, which Jehovah your God gives you as an inheritance.
