And they reasoned together among themselves, saying, If we say, From heaven, He will say, Why did you not believe him?

And at the proper time he sent a slave to the vinedressers so that they might give him some of the fruit of the vineyard; but the vinedressers beat him and sent him away empty-handed.

And at the season he sent a servant to the husbandmen, that they should give him of the fruit of the vineyard: but the husbandmen beat him, and sent him away empty.

And the master of the vineyard said, What shall I do? I will send my son, the beloved; they will probably respect this one.

Then said the lord of the vineyard, What shall I do? I will send my beloved son: it may be they will reverence him when they see him.

And the lord of the vineyard said, What shall I do? I will send my beloved son: perhaps when they see him they will respect [him].

'And the owner of the vineyard said, What shall I do? I will send my son -- the beloved, perhaps having seen this one, they will do reverence;

Then the owner of the vineyard said, 'What shall I do? I will send my son, whom I love; perhaps they will respect him.'

ἰδόντες δὲ αὐτὸν οἱ γεωργοὶ διελογίζοντο πρὸς ἀλλήλους λέγοντες, Οὗτός ἐστιν ὁ κληρονόμος· ἀποκτείνωμεν αὐτόν, ἵνα ἡμῶν γένηται ἡ κληρονομία.

But when the vinedressers saw him, they reasoned with one another, saying, This is the heir; let us kill him that the inheritance may become ours.

But when the husbandmen saw him, they reasoned among themselves, saying, This is the heir: come, let us kill him, that the inheritance may be ours.

But when the husbandmen saw him, they reasoned among themselves, saying, This is the heir; [come,] let us kill him, that the inheritance may become ours.

But when the tenants saw him, they talked the matter over. 'This is the heir,' they said. 'Let's kill him, and the inheritance will be ours.'

And they threw him out of the vineyard and killed him. What then will the master of the vineyard do to them?

So they cast him out of the vineyard, and killed him. What therefore shall the lord of the vineyard do unto them?

And having cast him forth out of the vineyard, they killed [him]. What therefore shall the lord of the vineyard do to them?

and having cast him outside of the vineyard, they killed him; what, then, shall the owner of the vineyard do to them?

So they threw him out of the vineyard and killed him.

他要来除灭这些园户,将葡萄园租给别人。众人听见了,就说,千万不可。

ἐλεύσεται καὶ ἀπολέσει τοὺς γεωργοὺς τούτους καὶ δώσει τὸν ἀμπελῶνα ἄλλοις. ἀκούσαντες δὲ εἶπαν, Μὴ γένοιτο.

He will come and destroy these vinedressers and will give the vineyard to others. And when they heard this, they said, May it never happen!

He shall come and destroy these husbandmen, and shall give the vineyard to others. And when they heard it, they said, God forbid.

He will come and destroy those husbandmen, and will give the vineyard to others. And when they heard it they said, May it never be!

He will come, and destroy these husbandmen, and will give the vineyard to others.' And having heard, they said, 'Let it not be!'

What then will the owner of the vineyard do to them? He will come and kill those tenants and give the vineyard to others. When the people heard this, they said, "May this never be!"

耶稣看着他们说,那么,经上写着,“匠人所弃的石头,已成了房角的头块石头。”这是什么意思?

那位(指耶稣)看着他们说:“这样,(经上)写着:…这是什么意思呢?匠人所丢弃的石头.已作了房角的头块石头。

ὁ δὲ ἐμβλέψας αὐτοῖς εἶπεν, Τί οὖν ἐστιν τὸ γεγραμμένον τοῦτο Λίθον ὃν ἀπεδοκίμασαν οἱ οἰκοδομοῦντες, οὗτος ἐγενήθη εἰς κεφαλὴν γωνίας;

But He looked at them, and said, What then is this that is written, "The stone which the builders rejected, this has become the head of the corner"?

And he beheld them, and said, What is this then that is written, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner?

But he looking at them said, What then is this that is written, The stone which they that builded rejected, this has become the corner-stone?

and he, having looked upon them, said, 'What, then, is this that hath been written: A stone that the builders rejected -- this became head of a corner?
I  
Jesus looked directly at them and asked, "Then what is the meaning of that which is written: " 'The stone the builders rejected has become the capstone ' ?
路20:18

凡跌在那石头上的,必要跌碎;那石头掉在谁身上,就要把谁砸得粉碎,簸散如糠秕。

凡掉在那石头上的,必要跌碎;那石头掉在谁的身上,就要把谁砸得稀烂。”

凡是跌在那石头上的,就必摔碎;那石头掉在谁的身上,就必把他压得粉碎。”

πᾶς ὁ πεσὼν ἐπ᾽ ἐκεῖνον τὸν λίθον συνθλασθήσεται· ἐφ᾽ ὃν δ᾽ ἂν πέσῃ, λικμήσει αὐτόν.

Everyone who falls on that stone shall be broken to pieces; but on whomever it falls, it shall crush him to powder and scatter him like chaff.
K  
Whosoever shall fall upon that stone shall be broken; but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder.

Every one falling on this stone shall be broken, but on whomsoever it shall fall, it shall grind him to powder.
